Welcome to
The Talanoa Lounge

— a space built on realness, culture, and connection.

Here, we talk openly about life, mental health, identity, and everything in between. No scripts, no filters — just raw conversations that reflect the realities of our people.

I created this space because I know what it’s like to feel unheard, overwhelmed, or like you're carrying things you can’t always explain. And I also know the power of Talanoa — of sitting down, opening up, and letting the kōrero flow.

This isn’t just a podcast. It’s a movement to normalise mental health conversations in our Pasifika communities. It’s about holding space for each other through laughter, through tears, through truth.

Whether you’re here to listen, to learn, or to feel less alone — you belong here.

This is for the village. This is for us.

Thank you for being here. 🤎
